Granton’s Ecological Heritage

This series of illustrations were displayed by the Granton Hub, a community centre in Edinburgh’s historic blue-collar neighbourhood. Each image tells part of the epic of Granton’s natural heritage as it has moved through wilderness, agriculture, and industry. The series also speculates on the future of Granton’s relationship with the sea, as coastal rewilding gets underway.
